Cake decorating Class

Join me on April 7 2026 @ 6pm and learn the basics of cake decorating. 

Items needed for the start of class are:

6 inch cake, large batch of buttercream (8sticks of butter 4lbs of powdered sugar), spatula, bench scraper, cake board, piping bags, piping tips, blow torch or hot water, turn table, large serrated knife, can of store bought frosting, sprinkles or fondant to decorate your cake.

During this class you will learn how to cut, fill and crumb coat. Ice your cake, pipe borders, and make a drip. I will teach you all of my tips and tricks to get the perfect cake.
